Hodgkinsons disease- Radiotherapy? - hodgkinsons

Hello, I just discovered that one of my friends have the disease, and Hodgkinson for radiation therapy. Radiation and chemotherapy does not mean it is less dangerous? Not much in this area so any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
