Hacky iron callaway

All of a sudden I can not view images or clipart, how can I fix it? - clipart littlest petshop

I use a free clip art for newsletters, etc. Now I have the boxes with an X in the corner. Why can not I see something different, and how can I fix this. I tried with Mozilla and Internet Explorer, which in both.
